The cladding is constructed from sprayed concrete panels with a covering of liquid membrane vapour barrier, insulation and outer spray applied, coloured membrane on a glass reinforced render.
The 15,000 anodised aluminium discs are fixed with stainless steel bolts and hidden tamper proof fixings and the glazing was developed using laminated glass with a perimeter frit pattern supported by laminated glass fins.
The glazed roof consists of laminated glass panels approximately 2m x 2m supported on tensioned stainless steel rods.
